Books

I haven't done any book reviews in ages, And someone reminded me the other day of that, so I thought I'd get going again. Pregnancy has really distracted me. So here are some of the books I've read lately, and my ratings to go along with it.

- The Goose Girl by Shannon Hale....A! Loved it! Must read. (Plus, it has at least 2 or 3 that go along with it.

- Dean Koontz's Frankenstein by Dean Koontz...B-! It was a fun, modern twist on Frankenstein, but the third in the series has yet to be written, and the first didnt interest me enough to read the 2nd.

- Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer...A! Who hasn't read this book? Do I even need to review it? I loved it, although I've heard many mixed reviews.

- The Book of Lies by Brad Meltzer...A! I thought this book was awesome. I love when Authors have to do research to make their stories complete. I love a little fiction in with Non-Fiction. It totally showed in this book. I'm really interested in his other novels now. I will for sure check them out. It had a little "Da Vinci Code" feel to it.

Twinkle's Debut...

Is coming soon! I went to the docs today, and the news was good. I feel a little weird posting the exact induction day so openly on a blog, so I'm not, but let's just say it's so soon, that I'm pretty much in denial.

Maybe she uses hypnotic beats or lyrics in her songs, but it seems like I always always love her songs whether I realize it or not!
It's like I don't have a choice or not to be a fan...I just am! She's pretty dang sexy too....I think I might have a crush.

Pink Studio Shoes...Yum!

I've been looking online the last few days just browsing shoes, and kept coming across this brand, Pink Studio. I'd fall in love with a cute pair, and then later realize it was all the same brand! So, I thought I'd share this scrumcious brand with you other shoe lovers. I'm gonna be honest...

I hate being pregnant! It's no secret. I'm in a bad mood, and I thought maybe venting a little would relieve some tension. We'll see. I'm about a month away from my due date. I'm so uncomfortable already I wanna cry all day. I think mostly it just makes me pissed! I went to the doctor this morning, and there hasn't been any progression...barely any thinning out and no dilating. Also, I'm going to start closing my eyes when I stand on the scale. There's no good in knowing exactly how fat I'm getting and counting all the weight I have to lose. Weight Watchers is gonna get rich off me...even with the three months I get for free after having a baby since I'm a lifetime member (and proud of it!) It's gonna take me longer than that! I'm having complete mixed emotions...I feel so not ready for this baby, and at the same time I want her out. Ugh.(I'm starting to feel a little better...). It feels so far away, and way too soon all at the same time. If I go to the doc in 2 weeks and still nothing is happening, I guess I'm gonna start jumping on trampolines, riding motorcycles, or anything that would get this kid out!!! (I'm hungry now.) Any words of encouragement?
