July 1st...Canada Day!
This is Canada's 4th of July. Minus the fireworks. We went to Aunt Carol's in Raymond for the festivities! It got a bit blustery that day, but I throughly enjoyed it! At one point the lightening and thunder was happening about the same time! We had a picnic and Carol's traditional rock hunt...which is similar to an easter egg hunt but includes blue, red and the elusive gold rock that no one thought exsisted. After you find all the rocks you can manage to hold, you trade them in for candy! It was a fun day.
